Marketing Strategy, Website Design

We worked with RTR senior leadership to do an audit of their existing marketing assets and strategies, competitive market research and SWOT analysis. We were able to identify gaps in messaging and positioning that were causing missed opportunities to share the big-picture vision of RTR.


Once aligned on a path forward, AWM presented a developed marketing strategy to the entire RTR leadership team and key board members, ensuring top-down buy-in of a shift in messaging. A high-level messaging campaign was developed in order to bring all business touchpoints in line.


From there, Anchor Watch Marketing was able to completely redesign RTR's website to better appeal to participants and donors alike. RTR was also able to launch a full PR campaign with their new refined mission, vision, values and story.

Road to Responsibility came to Anchor Watch Marketing in 2023 following a presentation Jessica did on the complexities of NPO marketing. Despite the size and reach of their organization, they recognized that brand recognition could be improved, especially as they were looking to launch a new endowment campaign and would be competing for donations with other NPO's across the region. They were looking for help honing in their messaging, bringing consistent messaging across the entire organization, and further establishing themselves as leaders in the field.
